Notorious Unapologetic Toro (6×50)

Conor McGregor is not a subtle person, and neither is this cigar. The Notorious brand launched in 2025 with a genuinely impressive Original blend built around a four-year-aged Ecuadorian Habano Rosado wrapper and a level of seriousness that caught a lot of people off guard. McGregor and blender Chris Frias at the MJ Frias factory in Santiago spent two years on the original before releasing it. The Unapologetic is the natural next step: take everything that made the first blend interesting and build something darker, heavier, and more aggressive on top of it.

The U.S. Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper is the decision that defines this cigar. American Broadleaf is a leaf with a reputation for intensity, natural sweetness, and an oiliness that Connecticut River Valley leaf simply does not produce, and it sets the tone in this 6×50 Toro from the first light. Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, Dominican, Nicaraguan, and U.S. filler underneath, the whole package delivering dark chocolate, espresso, charred oak, black pepper, earth, and a molasses-like depth that builds through the second half. PCA 2026 debut, ten to a box. McGregor’s message on the brand: I’d like to take this chance to apologize to absolutely nobody.
